CTI, QuantaDyn, AirTec, J.F. Taylor and Mohawk have extensive corporate experience in programs similar to or supporting Seaport-e mission areas and requiring activities across the board. Our contracts and site locales cover six of the seven zones, and our primary customer base includes various Naval Air Systems Command activities as well as Naval Surface Warfare Command and NASA programs. These include operational and functional requirements definition, system design, hardware and software development for systems with multiple avionics subsystems and busses, avionics system modeling and simulation, laboratory and aircraft integration and test, Iridium airborne and ground system integration with web servers as well as point-point communications, documentation, training, and field support for C4ISR and Electronic Warfare aircraft and flight simulators.

Chesapeake Technology International Corporation (CTI) is a veteran-owned small business with offices in California, Maryland and Monument, Colorado. Founded in 1998 and actively operating since April 2000, CTI specializes in providing system engineering, software and support for information operations and technologies needed in military and civilian information processing systems. Our capabilities span management support, system design, software development, training and ongoing system support for ground, shipboard, and airborne, systems with a special emphasis on system integration and testing of wireless applications, embedded software development, mission planning, simulation, operational functionality and field support. We have a unique team of operationally experienced analysts and systems/software engineers who are thoroughly knowledgeable in key technologies and modern software development. Current products we have developed include software for hand-held computers, embedded system controller software, our modular Remote Equipment Monitoring and Control System (REMACS) software and Flexible Interface Unit (FIU), panel touch screen control system software, system designs and software for Unmanned Aerial System surveillance payloads and control, airborne integrated C4ISR systems, operator situational awareness displays for Electronic Attack platforms, flight simulator software, and avionic and weapon system simulations. All personnel have a minimum of Top Secret clearances.

QuantaDyn Corporation (QuantaDyn) is a small, privately held engineering firm specializing in training and simulation. Headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, with site presence in Lawton, Oklahoma, QuantaDyn specializes in providing Engineering, Management, and Technical Services in support of a variety of clientele from both government and industry. The company was founded in 2000 with the goal of advancing the state-of-the-art in training and simulation using solid engineering fundamentals coupled with innovative design approaches and commercial-off-the-shelf equipment. Since it’s beginning, QuantaDyn has earned a reputation as a company that provides top-quality engineering and systems technical support services. QuantaDyn’s emphasis on customer satisfaction and delivering non-proprietary solutions has resulted in many follow-on contracts and are key factors to establishing successful, long-term client relationships.
AirTec, Inc.
AirTec, Inc. is a small business that has been providing airborne support for the DoD and NASA since 1987. Based at the St. Mary’s County Airport, AirTec operates a variety of aircraft that provide maritime radar and visual range surveillance, airborne relay and control, airborne telemetry collection and relay, and versatile airborne platforms for the development and testing of military hardware. AirTec’s staff includes pilots, engineers, and technicians experienced with the evaluation, integration, and operation of various airborne sensors to include maritime surveillance radars, EO/IR, DF, video data link, and satellite communications systems. They have personnel supporting NASA at Wallops Island, performing maintenance, logistical, and administrative efforts. Additionally, they provide purchasing and administrative support for activities at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. Flexible, autonomous, and deployable assets form the foundation of AirTec’s corporate capabilities.
J.F. Taylor, Inc.
J.F. Taylor, Inc. is a privately-held company focused on providing the U.S. Navy engineering acquisition, test and evaluation, systems engineering, simulation systems, and infrastructure engineering support services and designing and manufacturing advanced military full flight training devices and associated visual databases, avionics models, and Instructor/Operator Stations. J.F. Taylor has extensive experience with Navy platforms and their missions, systems undergoing development and test, the DoD 5000 defined role of DT&E, and the test planning and execution process. Our engineers and professional staff provide the Navy program planning, test plan development, test execution, test asset development, coordination, and scheduling support. We perform laboratory and on-aircraft instrumentation design, development, and fabrication; T&E data analyses; and reporting per Navy standards. We also provide program management support that includes metrics analysis, cost estimating, and acquisition management. We assist NAVAIR in engineering solutions into hardware and software products, defining solutions to fleet identified needs, and developing training devices to support operational readiness.
Mohawk Technologies, LLC
Based at the Lantana Florida Airport, Mohawk Technologies operates a variety of specialized aircraft that include Grumman OV-1D Mohawks and MTDA-42 persistent surveillance platforms. Mohawk provides research and development, engineering, systems integration and surveillance and reconnaissance platform support. Capabilities include advanced HD FLIR and datalink.
