Quality Assurance

For development, delivery and production, we have established corporate Configuration Management (CM) and Quality Assurance (QA) plans as we believe in strong Configuration Management and Quality Assurance processes that are streamlined to provide optimal value to our programs. Our program management function is tightly coupled with the engineering function to address any risk items and engineering issues proactively and to ensure program success. CTI manages any contracts or delivery orders by assigning a lead program manager who coordinates with contracts to execute the order. We view our customers and subcontractors as full partners in our programs, and engage in continuous, open, and effective communication with them throughout the life of each program.
